Microgreen Fruit Salad

Prep time: 5 Min. ¦ Serves 1

 

INGREDIENTS

1/4  cup each of raspberry,

strawberry, banana and blueberry

(or your favorite fruits)

2-4 Tbs. sunflower microgreens, lightly

chopped (or your favorite)

2-3 tsp. lime juice

Sprinkle of stevia powder (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS

Cut strawberries and bananas into

bite size pieces. In a large bowl,

combine all fruits and microgreens.

Drizzle with lime juice and toss

lightly. Sprinkle with stevia powder if

you like it sweet and toss again.
