Broccoli – $5.00
Delicate white stems topped with small dark green leaves, distinct broccoli flavor. Great in egg dishes, salads, sandwiches and wraps.
Pea – $5.00
Slender stem with dark green leaves and short tendrils. Can be sautéed, stir-fried, steamed, or used raw as an addition to or the base of any salad. Flavor is much like that of sugar snap peas.
Power Mix – $5.00
Power Mix is a mix of broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, rambo radish, and mizuna mustard. Mildly spicy rich flavor. This can be a stand alone salad, or as an addition to salads, eggs, sandwiches, and wraps. This is our best selling product.
Radish – $5.00
Slender pinkish stem with medium green leaves; initial mild flavor then after a few seconds the heat kicks in. We like these in salads, egg dishes and tacos.
Sunflower – $5.00
Deep green leaves that are thick, and succulent-like in feel and appearance. Nutty flavor. Great addition to many foods including pizza and peanut butter sandwiches. One of our most popular microgreens.

Amaranth – $6.00
2 week grow time. Vibrant red stems and fine medium green leaves; mild, sweet flavor similar to beets. Rich in antioxidants, micronutrients, and carotenoids. Price is for approx. 1 oz.
Cress – $6.00
9-12 day grow time. Very distinct, slightly bitter, peppery flavor. Price is for approx. 1 oz.
Nasturtium – $8.00
14-21 day grow time. Light pink to yellow stems, large dark green leaves, – delicious, starting off sweet and finishing with a powerful peppery taste and spicy flavor—a favorite for those who like it spicy. Price is for approx. 1oz.
Arugula – $6.00
2 week grow time. Mildly bitter, peppery flavor. Use alone on sandwiches, or in salads to add a rich, full, flavor compliment.
Cilantro – $6.00
17-21 day grow time. Frilly, aromatic, flavorful, leaves. Very pretty. Use in eggs, salsas, guacamole, tacos, curry, and dips. High in vitamins and carotenoids. Price is for approx. 1 oz.
Sunny Salad – $10.00
9-12 day grow time. Contains Sunflower, Kohlrabi, Red Cabbage and Pea. A beautiful mild salad with delightful sunflower shoot overtones. Plenty to like here. Price is for approx. 3 oz.

14-21 day grow time. Beautiful green color with a very short stem, soft texture and intense basil smell and flavor. Price is for approx. 1 oz.

9-12 day grow time. Intense typical mustard flavor with very hot, spicy overtones similar to wasabi or horseradish.

2 week grow time. Rich, earthy beet flavor, beautiful red stem and deep green leaf. Price is for approx. 1 oz.

14-21 day grow time. Beautiful, seed topped, slender stems with a distinctive garlic flavor. Use to season potatoes, salads and sandwiches.
Spicy Salad Mix – $6.00
9-12 day grow time. This is a spicy blend of Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula, Red Cabbage & Southern Giant Mustard for an extra kick.

2 week grow time. Large bright green attractive leaves that taste like cucumber. Small is approx. 1 oz, large approx. 2.25 oz. A little goes a long way.

10-14 day grow time. Mild, slightly sweet flavor similar to other brassicas such as broccoli, cauliflower, and kholarabi.
